I still remember the last Christmas, when I got an arrear amount in my salary, and to make it memorable soon I purchased an hp laptop, for which I had been dreaming for years. I can’t explain the joy and the ecstatic feeling in words. In order to give a surprise to my family I called them up all to a city restaurant for a get together, we enjoyed the dinner and had fun. For my 6-years old kid it was nothing less than a miraculous thing. He started pressing its keyboards, the moment he saw some graphic features related to some Online Pogo Game.
Luckily, the laptop was bearing the opera browser, Microsoft office and other essential software, and all supported on qualitative and trusted operating system, Microsoft Windows 7 home premium. Although, the computer was performing well, but gradually as the time passed on I began to experience some sluggishness in performance. Earlier I used to call up the technician from the vendor from where I got my laptop, but I realized that they were ignoring some of the problem, often related to the software and Windows operating system.
Once while working at my office, I navigated through a Tech Support website. I went through the landing pages, description of the services, plans and mode of tech support. In fact, the company was dealing with comprehensive computer support, including e-mail support, operating system support, Microsoft support, Adobe support and more. This was not the first time that I was watching any tech support site, but in fact the most interesting was a plan as “Unlimited technical support.” It was an annual plan and was covering the entire support for computer, peripherals and software. Apart from dealing with issues, they were also delivering support for PC-health check-up and computer optimization. Means, you don’t have to look for any other company. There was a toll-free number as well on the site. Without any delay I contacted the service provider to get the subscription.
Now, it has been 6 months period, but I don’t remember since then, the number of times I called up the company to fix my computer problems. Honestly speaking, I am flabbergasted with their tech support. The company has deployed skilled technicians to repair corrupted system software, fix Internet connectivity issues, set-up and configure router and other devices as per demand. I would suggest you too, if you have any pc or laptop, don’t bother about the make and model of your machine. But do make a comparative study before getting adhered with a particular company.
