Yesterday was a great day for me and my Dell laptop; I celebrated the birthday of it. As we are celebrating lots of day nowadays, starting from the Valentine day, Women Day, Earth Day and likewise, I don’t think that anyone would take me granted for my celebration.
In fact, it all started with a menace, I turned on my laptop in the morning and in a moment when I went to browse the Internet, it opened with a new home page. Earlier I ignored that, but then my machine started blinking, and next what I could observe was that pop-ups and ads were coming regarding security alerts. I went on, and the next moment I found my running pogo game went freeze and system was rebooting. Being clueless I called up on the Dell Laptop Technical Support Phone Number, which I had.
Thank God! The technician sitting at the remote tech support company diagnosed and scanned my system using an antimalware tool and removed all the malicious Intrusions, which I don’t know how had accessed my Dell laptop. As I have learnt about certain news regarding cybercrimes so I was really terrified with the outcome of the scanning. I asked the technician to do whatever he can do to protect my system against these viruses, spyware and malware, which are getting more and more virulent these days.
The technician helped me to Install Antivirus, update antivirus and then configured the product. He also suggested me to update the Windows XP with the latest Service Pack 3. Later on, he optimized my laptop and to be very honest he applied only the free Microsoft Windows Tools, like Disk Cleanup and Defragmenter. Soon after the troubleshooting I found my machine running absolutely fine, it booted well in least time and then I was able to go online and browse and download stuff with a lightening speed.
Abide by his advice I updated my Windows version. Wow, my system was running like as it had performed on day one, I was overwhelmed with the effective Tech Support and then I went with champagne and enjoyed the get-together with my family.
