Speedy Tips to Export Inbox from Outlook 2010

Outlook is well-known as the most popular and reliable email client due to its various features such as e-mailing, scheduler, Pst storage, and quick online computer support. If you are using outlook, it is easy to save your important files to external hardware devices such as pen drives, pocket hard disk or cd. In addition, you can also export your files to any other location on your system.
Last week, due to some security reasons, I was supposed to export all the e-mails from my outlook’s inbox to a dissimilar location.  In order to make it quicker, I contacted an online computer repair technician, who helped me to resolve the issue within minutes. Here are some of the steps that I performed to resolve this matter:
·         Step1: In order to open Import/Export screen, you need to click on menu namely “File”, and under its “open” submenu, click on the option “Import”.

·         Step2: Next, Import and Export wizard appears, select the action named as “Export to a file”, and click “Next” button.

·         Step3: After that, select the folder from where you need to export the data. In this case it will be Inbox folder. Then in the next window named as “Import a File”, select the option “Outlook Data File (.pst)”, and click “Next”.

·         Step4: Next step will be to browse the location, where you want to export the data, and press “Finish” button. It will export your outlook files to the specified location.
So, with the help of above-mentioned steps, you can easily export your precious data to different storage location, without even consulting any computer technical support service provider.
